Hotel Bero has been a partner of several syndics in the region for many years.

We therefore offer a very flexible formula for our syndics.

group up to 15 people: €150 for room hire, including equipment & coffee, tea & water for during the meeting
group of up to 30 people: €250 for room hire including equipment & coffee, tea & water for during the meeting
group of 30 persons or more: €300 for the hire of the room, including supplies & coffee, tea & water for the duration of the meeting

If you have a specific wish or requirement, be sure to let us know. Besides these standard formulas, we also work out a meeting à la carte with your wishes & requirements.

Hotel Bero carries the Flemish A-label for accessible tourism.
The reception area is reached via a ramp and the breakfast room is easily accessible.

Two spacious lifts serve all floors.
The hotel has 6 wheelchair-accessible rooms with sufficient circulation space, which are also equipped with wide doors and an adapted bathroom.

The meeting room on the first floor has an adapted toilet.

Hotel access

The entrance door to Hotel Bero is closed between 10pm and 7am. If you are standing in front of a closed door, you can always ring the bell on the right-hand side of the door. This way, you can reach the night watchman by intercom and ask him to let you in. Here is a picture of the bell with the push button circled in blue.
